See you next year!
Good morning folks.
I'm going to keep today's message short and sweet.
FYI: I'm going to reassess the format and cadence/schedule of these sends in this new year but for now, here are a few interesting things I discovered yesterday...
Upscayl - Free and Open Source AI Image Upscaler for Linux, Mac and Windows

One of the issues with the current state of AI image generation is resolution.
Due to the cost of computational power the images are generated in a low resolution without much built-in capability to expand them.
Thankfully AI can solve this problem too. Upscayl is a free and open-source AI image upscaler available on github.
Giving stable diffusion some depth

Andrew of stable-diffusion-art.com wrote an in-depth (ba dum ts) guide on the latest depth image-to-image functionality that was added in the latest version of stable diffusion.
I found it to be very helpful.
Chatsonic

ChatGPT appears to have been down again for the last 12+ hours so you might have to actually go outside this weekend and interact with real humans. There are some alternatives though.
WriteSonic’s ChatSonic AI is an AI-powered chatbot platform that enables businesses to take advantage of AI’s ability to tailor customer experiences and increase customer engagement.
It's got some interesting features, but most notably the ability to keep up with current affairs, providing it an advantage in terms of accuracy and dependability.
Never gonna give you up.
and last but not least... to close out 2022...

That's all for now.
I hope you have an amazing weekend and get the opportunity to unplug for a bit.
